Delivery and returns

We aim to get your order to you as swiftly as possible. Place your order before 2pm and it will be dispatched for next day delivery. Order after 2pm and you will receive it in two working days. 

• Telephone orders of more than £180 or website orders of more than £75 qualify for free shipping.
• A £10.50 shipping charge is added to any telephone orders of £180 or less and any website orders of £75 or less.
• Please be aware that we send orders from more than one warehouse, and your items may arrive in more than one delivery.

We do not offer a sale or return service for items which have not sold. Our returns service is for faulty items only. If you believe you have items which need to be returned, please call our customer service team on 01200 421202 who will be able to help you.
